IE WEBSITE DESIGN reserves the right to change and/or update the content and pricing of any of the services that we offer without the obligation of notice. We reserve the right to remove in part or as a whole any website or application hosted through our Web Hosting Services that is malicious in nature or means to cause harm or damage in any way. IE WEBSITE DESIGN reserves the right to deny service and/or renewal of services previously provided for any new or current client without obligation of reason. By subscribing to any of the services that IE WEBSITE DESIGN offers clients are in agreement to the limitations, restrictions, and parameters of the TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE listed herein. Violation in part or in whole of any of the TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE will result in website removal from any of our servers and end of services actively provided for at the time of incident. ALLOWED CONTENT Text content, images, videos, audio, and miscellaneous media regarding the following types of websites and/or web applications: Personal & Family Websites Member based Forums Private Online Clubs Online Communities Commercial Retail Ecommerce Marketing Sales Industrial Application Construction Production & Manufacturing Distribution PROHIBITED CONTENT Text content, images, videos, audio, and miscellaneous media regarding the following types of websites and/or web applications: Pornography, Prostitution, & Adult Industry Products Sexual Content Display, Sales, & Distribution Fear Propaganda & Marketing Harmful & Destructive Programs or Applications Racism & Hate Affiliations Illegal Gambling & Contests Of Chance Spamming & Viral Marketing Operations Illegal Medical Product Sales & Distribution False Advertisement & Money Making Schemes	Subscribers to services retain all of the ownership rights to the data uploaded by either themselves or an authorized representative. Providing account balances are maintained security protocol features regarding website, ftp access, and domain names are made available upon request. Subscribers to services are absolutely liable for the content and/or data uploaded for its accuracy, factual truth, and/or monetary factors regarding prices, values, and commerce. Subscribers accept responsibility for the functionality and performance of uploaded databases when installation and/or website maintenance is provided by an external resource other than IE WEBSITE DESIGN. STARTING AN IE WEBSITE DESIGN ACCOUNT IE WEBSITE ACCOUNT BALANCE MAINTENANCE PAST DUE & OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT BALANCES Production for all Website Design & Application Development projects requires a deposit reflecting 50% of the total project cost to be submitted prior to starting production. Payments made to IE WEBSITE DESIGN are non-refundable with all sales final. Payment for all Web Hosting & Web Maintenance Service packages offered is due prior to account activation. Payment secures website services with features and duration of service reflecting the selected package. Website Design & Web Application Development remaining balances are due upon production and/or project completion. Final payment for design and development services is required before the release of any generated data, media, and/or software. Web Hosting & Website Maintenance accounts are maintained by submitting payment for the following session prior to the expiration date of currently subscribed services. Failure to maintain account balances for subscribed services prior to their expiration and/or having an outstanding balance exceeding (45) days for design and/or development production can result in website removal and/or suspension of services. For account balances regarding Web Design & Web Application Development we reserve the right not to release any work produced until past due balances are received.
