Our entry level Website Maintenance Program provides for product and category management for shopcarts (OS Commerce & ZenCart only) that require minimal routine shopcart maintenance. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
By subscribing to this Maintenance Package offered by IE WEBSITE DESIGN the client is provided the services and features contained here in. Any and all requests exceeding the parameters listed for this particular offered service program may be subject to additional fees and/or charges. Service Program subscription requires the prepaid payment of the currently listed price which secures the related services for the duration of (3) months. IE WEBSITE DESIGN reserves the right to not offer the opportunity to renew or provide maintenance services when the duration of this agreement has expired. IE WEBSITE DESIGN reserves the right to change the price of this offered service program without the obligation of notice. Payment for subscription is non-refundable and non-transferable in any regards. The services and features offered here in are applicable to the main website and/or website application known as the recipient of services as they are offered on the date of service subscription. This Service and Maintenance agreement is for the sole purpose of providing assistance with updating, modifying, and/or maintaining the current website features which does not include in any way or define redesign and/or new work production designs. During the duration of this agreement the listed P.O.C. (Point Of contact) will have a constant line of communication with the design team by the following methods: Direct Cell Phone, Direct Email, Postal Service. Times of applicable service include the following: Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, with Saturday and Sunday offering only email support. |
